Introducing the Accu-Cut J5 machine. A full featured member of the Accu-Cut line up that is cost-effective and convenient to operate. The J5 folds in on the right side reducing its profile to a mere 6 feet wide. The J5 can be rolled into a convenient loading area and secured into position with the lifting breaks. The J5 features an open-ended 5 roller beltless load cradle that centers the roll of flooring between the rollers reducing the risk of telescoping. A large diameter knurled aluminum measuring wheel constructed to strict specifications provides excellent contact with the material ensuring the most accurate measurement possible. The J5 also features an auto start programmable electronic counter. It allows the user to program up to six cuts into the memory. When the machine approaches the programmed length it will automatically slow down and stops precisely at the programmed length. The J5 has an auto run feature that keeps the rollers active allowing the operator to use the machine without holding down the jog button. It also features a single touch variable speed control that adjusts each cradle to the proper speed giving the operator total control during the rollup process.

The J5 can roll and measure material up to 15 feet wide and it features an optional flip up cutting bar that helps out when cutting the last foot and a half off of 15-foot material. The J5 features a spring-loaded two direction cutter that applies pressure to the material ensuring a straight clean cut. The cutter uses standard slotted blades that can easily be changed. The J5 features a foot cable control that when pressure is applied allows the operator to start and stop the machine while away from the control panel. The foot cable control is constructed with tightly twisted steel that is coated in plastic to increase life expectancy. The cable is attached directly to the frame of the machine ensuring easy access. When the cut piece of carpet or vinyl is ready for removal a removal mechanism can be activated, eliminating the use of a board to remove material from the machine. For installations involving long stretches of hallways an optional side splitter can be added on to the J5. This allows a roll of carpet to be Slit down to any width saving a significant amount of time. To prove the designers of the Accu-Cut machines thought of everything the J5 comes with an attached clipboard holder and utility tray making operation even more efficient and enjoyable. The J5 is a great, full featured machine designed for facilities with somewhat limited space but a desire to increase operational efficiency.

BELTLESS LOAD CRADLE

The J-5’s open ended, beltless load cradle holds even the largest rolls. The steel rollers center the material in the cradle.

This ensures you get a square cut and that the material rolls up straight every time!

PLC CONTROL

Includes a foot & inch counter, preset cut storage system, security keypad, cut counter, change blade reminder, multiple product settings and more.

The machine will automatically stop precisely at the programmed length!
