Introducing the X33, the most advanced machine in the Accu-cut lineup. It is designed for high-volume operations. The X33 can quickly process the largest rolls of material that mills can produce. It features fully automated controls, a 6-foot stainless steel inspection area, high-speed reroll, and a high-capacity load cradle. The machine folds in on both sides to bring the profile to 10 feet 6 inches wide. The X33 fully processes 15 rolls of material and even with the larger size the X33 is still portable and can be locked into place and leveled with breaks. The X33 has an auto alignment features that uses electronic eyes to automatically adjust the load cradle and ensure the material rolls are straight. A large diameter knurled measuring wheel constructed to a strict specification provides excellent contact with the material insuring the most accurate measurement possible.
The X33 also has an auto run feature that keeps the rollers active allowing the operator to use the machine without holding down the jog button. This feature simplifies the wrapping and taping of material. The X33 also has single touch variable speed control that automatically adjusts each cradle to the proper speed. There are 10 speed settings. The machine runs at 129 feet per minute.
The X33 features a patented two direction circular cutter. The self-sharpening blade rotates as it moves across the cutting track and will not operate unless the hold-down bar is in the lowered position. The blade which cuts all types of carpet, vinyl and even carpet cove base. The blades last up to about thirty thousand cuts. The X33 also features a PLC control system. It makes operating the Accu-Cut easier and more efficient. It features a security keypad to prevent unauthorized use. It also has the ability to electronically link-up with most of the flooring software programs on the market. This feature enables the user to automatically update inventory counts and print barcodes to clearly identify cuts for installers. This eliminates hand written sheets reducing errors, saving time and allowing for better control of the inventory.
The user can also integrate this system with bar coding software to allow for easier inventory analysis. The PLC control system also includes a foot and inch counter that automatically slows down the machine and stops precisely at the desired length. This system allows the operator to store cut lengths of their most commonly cut sizes and keep track of the number of cuts made. The X33 by way of pneumatic controls has automatic opening and closing of the cradles on both the left and right side of the machine. This allows for a controlled roll-up with the push of a button which speeds up processing significantly. It also allows the user to open the left side of the machine to accommodate the largest of rolls. When it's time for a cut or roll balance of material to be dumped, it can also be handled by way of the switch controlled pneumatic system. In addition, the pneumatic system allows the material to be shifted back and forth up to 2 feet. This feature simplifies the loading process and allows the user to bring the material close to the measuring wheel if it is not under the wheel from the initial set down by the forklift.
It allows the user to align the edges of the material with the cutting track to provide a straight rollup. Unlike the Q9 however the X33 also has a pneumatic control hold down arm and cutter bar making the entire cutting process completely automated. The X33 can be paired with a feed table to the left of the X33 which can hold rolls of material before they are put on the machine. The X33 already comes with the switches required to control an Accu-Cut feed table. The X33 is the top of the line Accu-Cut machine designed for facilities requiring high volume usage and the desire to significant increased operational efficiency.
Wrap around foot cable control, air powered roll up arm, speed control, auto run feature, adjustable load cradle and automatic anti-cone control provide for ease of use.

Program in the desired measurement the X-33 will advance the material, lower the hold down arm, reset the counter, begin the roll-up process, monitor and adjust the roll as necessary then stop at the programmed length.
